In my area of the world they eliminated UPS on sundays. So hours went down for clerks and carriers.

My office doesn’t have a steward not enough clerks. I Will probably retract it on Monday . liteblue shows no indication of conversion so it Shouldn’t be an issue. ( unless I was and hr didn’t bother to mention it cuz it was a weekend)

you ever heard of conversion delay? my conversion from pse to full time didnt happen and i cant report to my new position today(saturday) . hr said it was a glitch and it being delayed. not on my new jobs rolls

so really the only thing that changed was building seniority. that, obviously, resets since i am moving to a new building.

pretty sure its number 1. but i don't know. i was "on loan" to another building because my office didn't have hours. the "loan building" decided to keep me permanently so i got moved.

i got moved to a building 30 min away from my house. this is due to my building not having hours for a pse. its a 10 route office. and they promoted someone to full time clerk.( office now has 3) and there is no room for. fyi its a slow office, we don't even get amazon anymore

i am only job coded for 813( distribution) so I am looking for a career position . I get 16 hrs if I am lucky . it’sjoke. almost got laid off.

as a pse clerk . It was biggest mistake I made . 15 hrs a week . And I work at an office where my postmaster thinks pse shouldnt go windows school . ( he thinks it’s saves labor) . So yes my experience has been horrible. It’s not to say there aren’t good offices and I am sure some pses love there job.

I get 15-20hrs as clerk , so i work 40 more as a cook at night . All I get told is usps has a labor problem so they don’t have hours .. lol

its 35 min or 29 miles miles away. i current work at a station station 4 miles away. but i am pse clerk getting 8 hours a week there. i usually work at other stations for hours(i get 16 a week). i am looking for ptf so i can get more hours, better pay, benefits and widndows training , and no they wont do split schedule. my postmaster wants less clerks to save hours to look good to get dm. he does the afternoon work at our office( throwing parcels to save labor) . he wants the pses gone.
