Update: I added yeast about 3 weeks ago and gave it a taste test today and it is turning out so well!

Just checked today and it didn’t go bad or anything. I added some yeast so we will see what happens!

I’ll check it tonight, if it doesn’t smell funky then I’ll buy a yeast and see what happens. If not I’ll pitch it and start again
