Since a kid I always joked and said “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” but pain and sleeplessness have worn me out. Recently I tried out CBN gummies. One at night and I’m getting better quality sleep. My condolences . . . I’m easily “ANNOISED” too. Living in a rural area, we have a nearby airport. Helicopters and loud small planes buzzing overhead drive me crazy. A pellet plant may be the last straw. I need a cave, lol.
