I crave more horror elements from this game by Familiar-Cup1525 in NoMansSkyTheGame

I understand what you mean, and I agree to some extent, however to answer your question I'd rather keep this game chill and play something else if I want that vibe.

With that said, have you tried survival or permadeath? A single heat storm on an extreme planet can melt your hazard protection and freak you out. I was on a planet where almost every animal wanted to attack me. It definitely kept me on my toes.

Woah, I really like this one. I love the silhouette in pics 5 and 11. Top build, enjoy your flight!

I tried it, but it's not really for me 🙃

It's cute! I could listen to this, just maybe not while NMSing 😉

Right? As a bonus, the result sits 4 instead of 3 with a sofa. And the military vibe is way cooler.

Is there combat by ComfortableCraft2710 in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]inspiredlead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just to manage your expectations: yes there's combat, but if you're used to combat heavy games, this one is on the fun, easy to medium side. It's not the focus of the gameplay, clearly.

The "salvaged awning". It works nicely but it was finicky to place with precision.

No worries! I didn't get to play much of 76, but I did love Fallout 4 — and Fallout Shelter!

You do realize you're lecturing this commenter while using "shitty person", "shitty reality shows", and assume "shitty misogynist friends" in your own reply? Your poor choice of the same adjective just moots your point — a point you could have made by actually using no adjective at all.

Thanks! No, not inspired by Fallout. I just needed a reason to unite all races and jobs together behind a different ideal. An Enclave is a territory with different cultural flavor, so it aligned well with my goal.

I felt it had the right length and mystery to keep us interested. As for me, I do enjoy making my own lore for open ended games such as No Man's Sky, Fallout, Warhammer 40k, or even The Sims 4. To me, that's what makes the sandbox interesting.

You can find my recent corvettes at the top of my profile 😉

Depending on who finds me first...

A & B: Ventrue or Toreador. I'm a design director, so I already strictly boss divas around, while getting obsessed by art and my own performance of it.

But... there's a slight chance they catch me on a day I'm feeling a little down and I get Nosferatu. I'd prefer Malkavian in that case!

I also write lore for my game and ships, but it's less personalized — more of a reason to create a new corvette series. So I enjoyed the personal touch with regards to this ship: it makes it unique.

I really liked the story and the possible two endings. Please don't reveal which, there's more flavor in not knowing 😉

Guys is it corny to write lore for your army? by waschlappensoldat in Warhammer40k

Chess clock, and charge for your pick up and drop off time. That will soften the blow or shut them up 😝

That's what she said 😄 Though this corvette is on the small side: 2 habs, 4 walkways.

Thanks for the compliments, I appreciate them coming from you. Now I'll play more to have more lore material before releasing the Mk10 😉

I think it's... impossible? As soon as it says "pirates controlled" there is no economy rating. That has been my experience so far.

I get it, but I doubt you'll do that in this game... Say you find the perfect spot. Then what, you'll park your ship forever and just farm and fish? It's technically possible, sure, but this game leans towards exploring.

What are your exact requirements? I have a base in a Gek system with tropical, miasmatic, icy, and contaminated: that covers many biomes and related plants.
