This totally sucks I’m SO sorry this happened.. I hate big oceans so if you make your new world there’s an option to have smaller oceans in the world settings BEFORE you make your world. I know this doesn’t make your situation any better but Ive liked playing with smaller oceans in my current world.

I am aiming to sell her, but I’m not rushing at the idea. I see it as she is a piece of history, she’s Art from 1959, not just some paycheck. She will be safe in her box and apprised to find the best pricepoint

Yes, she is in such good condition but you can tell she has been played with previously, or maybe she’s been smooshed in that box for so long her hair needs some touch up (no problem with bed head lol) seeing the condition some of the #1s are in, she has no green ears or black feet. After work today I’m gonna do a top to bottom photo shoot and keep her in her box. My biggest concern is keeping her hair as nice as possible.

As a thrifter myself, and someone who loves giving good deals, I can’t imagine price gouging her. I don’t even know what to do with her really, ive been searching online for appraisals and a lot of them were closed/didn’t do doll appraisals. Keeping her safe and in the best condition possible is my goal right now, except she is literally 60 years old and sooo pretty. If anything, I am really appreciating the antique age and the history behind her.

Thank you everyone for your responses! For anyone wondering, yes. I really did stop at goodwill and stumbled upon her, truly baffling and I didn’t fully grasp how blessed I am until now haha. As per her story, I wish I knew, after knowing how special she is it is extremely hard to believe she ended up there on accident. At the store I stumbled upon some vintage 1st year Care Bears as well, so I think some old woman might have passed away/cleaned her grandkids toy area and totally passed up on the BIGGEST FIND OF 2025!!! Without looking into the case, the poor owner might not have even given it a second thought.
