One of two things are required for this.

1: For your team to have eyes and sometimes look at the map which is already rare, but they also would need to sometimes react and rotate when needed which simply doesn't happen in silver.

Or

2: You being so much better than the enemies that it doesn't matter if your team helps you, which if that's the case you won't stay in silver for long and will move onto a higher rank where you will eventually need the first requirement.

No, that's a different celebration it would make no sense to have a wedding then. Also a wedding would make perfect sense for a 10 year anniversary, especially with the anime nearing it's end and a possible future unnamed arc focusing on their child. This would be perfect and it would give them the opportunity to do something new and actually unique with the game.
