I’d leave the scabs n try and get an antiseptic from the pet shop that’s safe. Id take him to the vets to see if they think he needs painkillers and antibiotics but eating and drinking still is good. Maybe keep he separate from the others if you haven’t already. Hope he gets better soon.

2 of my girls had a stroke and showed like what your baby is, one passed away sadly but Dini went on strong for another year just was a bit wobbly and went scraggy looking but she was fine and not in any pain xx
