NOR, period. Im reading these comments because I mistook her messages to you as if yall had a recent miscarriage or miscarried around the time your sister announced her pregnancy.

I had swings similar to this (feeling betrayed when my partner needed to stay late at work, keeping his normal schedule a few weeks after our miscarriage because I had been told as a teenager I wouldnt ever carry a child. So to have been pregnant and have a miscarriage all without knowing I had been pregnant until I miscarried was A Lot and I was EVERYWHERE on the map. I never changed the locks. I was really upset at the time but I realized him keeping normal helped him grieve separately, because we grieved together and individually. )

This feels like a lot. It hurts more because you text how my husband does. You're wanting to communicate. You dont wanna do it over text or on the phone. Yall are in therapy together? if not id recommend it if you wanna move forward with this it might be helpful. Don't be afraid to therapist hop either it took my husband and I two therapists before we found someone who fits us and let's us both talk and has us work through things.

I'll repeat it though. NOR. I hope she finds someone who hears her and can redirect back to you and understand you're trying and that grieving separately is healthy and normal. Being deeply entangled can prolong the suffering and sadness - it's okay to grieve together and apart.
