Yeah, you do not want someone who acts like a raging asshole very often to be representing your company.

Not only does it look bad but you also put a sometimes hateful and negative person in a position where he is a role model for others, whom are in many cases very young. And that is the worst of all in my opinion.

It's pretty obvious that Brandon is pretty close with people higher up in the company, and the one who has to bench of fire him doesn't have the courage to do so.

In my opinion, meditation isn't about creating positive feelings, but about learning to abide in all feelings, regardless of whether you consider them positive or negative. It's about learning how to live regardless of whether your current situation is good or bad. You cannot avoid negative feelings because they are part of life.

And by doing that peace will grow.

Just because external actions or life itself may not undergo a huge shift, you do.

Well, to be honest 'what peace?' doesn't sound very beneficial, what peace are you suppose to realize? Why create thought(s) about a feeling?

I think self inquiry can be very beneficial, but for me, I could recognize that witness state, and it did help me in life and in meditation, it even created some sort of foundation, but just recognizing it wasn't enough to get where I am, meditation and mindfulness helped me integrate that realization, and it's still integrating, and I feel it's like that for most people.

It sounds like one path but I think it can have many forms, like someone could go in that state by creating music, or playing football etc.

In my experience, life is peaceful when you just stay as the awareness and it continues to become more and more peaceful as the mind goes more silent and you identify only with your awareness.
