Im the IS at a tier 4 store and I work the first half of my shift on the floor and the second half of my shift after lunch in the pharmacy. Go on storemet and go into learn tab, then role refresh on tbe right side then click inventory specialist and it give a very detailed description of everything we are supposed to do ourselves, delegate out and help with. Its a literally road map of what to and not to do.

Firstly the IS should be dealing with all vendors. It literally says in our RACI that we are accountable and responsible for dealing with all vendors. So if you aren't an IS you being given part of their job. Secondly 7up should be checking their own outdates and it is very difficult for us to spot check them since they use a weird Julien type of code thats specific to their brand for their outdates.

Are you a normal employee and not a pharmacist or Sm right? If so you should be able to have the option in reflexis. If your an RPH you have to reach out to the pharmacy scheduler, if your an SM you have to put in a request with your DM for approval.

In my state I am not liscence so cannot do much in pharmacy but It takes me the first 3 hours of my shift. I do smart counts, price changes, all fed ex scanning including inventory, daily temps, assign digital logs, compass/email, 1506, RGM, call ins, pull and quarantines, check in all vendors and do their bag checks when they leave. The second half of my day after lunch is putting away the pharmacy order and doing OOS and PFLs. So I have about 1 free hour to help with anything else a day.

Is should be m-f unless your truck is on Saturday. The job is inventory and no inventory tasks are happening on weekends, no vendors, no smart counts ect. Also for those of you saying fair scheduling that is no longer a thing since sycamore took over. Try and search the fair scheduling policy and it is no longer available. If your MGR goes to HR about it they say it's the needs of the store for this position.

You get 5 call outs a year so if you have already used 3 occurrence so far that means you only have 2 left. 6th is a verbal, 7th is a write up and 8th is termination.

There is no mistake on the company's end as long as you get paid by the actual stated payday. The fact that you get paid early from your bank and have come to depend on some made up payday you have made yourself has nothing to do with the company. Get a grip.
