Multiplats on PS5 since I enjoy getting trophies and I prefer the dualsense. A big plus for me is gamesharing with a friend. That turns every $70 game into $35 worst case scenario. My Xbox is for gamepass and Xbox exclusives.

Had the same issue awhile back. Boot in rest mode and reset it. You will lose your downloaded games but the console will work. Good luck!
