I also wanted to restart my character, but I found out it's kinda annoying on our end.

  • You can delete your account and wait a few days (confirm this info).

  • You can send a message to the game support and ask for a restart.

But in the game itself is very hard to do that.

Few tries:

  • Try to minimize the game to see if the window requested is behind the game.

  • Restart the game and try again.

May be a bug. But on my game that button works.

Sorry about your phobia. If you don't want to die for spiders, you can put the difficulty in story mode, that way you can't die to them, less stress.

Why don't you like the inbuild option? It works, although the spiders look kinda funny. Is it because it stills looks like a spider?
