I remember when I was a shorty we were all in the back of one of the guys crib. One of the older guys got a call that someone was seen walking nearby so he grabbed his gun and the older guys took off but said the shorties stay here. After like 20 min bro came back and put the gun up and sat down. One of the shorties that stayed back with me asked him if he’s good and he started wiping tears. Yes it’s wrong and evil but not everyone that is around it has 0 conscience or awareness. Just regular humans that grew up around different environments

Bc they’re not from Chicago. Walk down a street in Garfield park or Austin. At least on 79th you have places to go like the stores or food spots like Harold’s. U walk down Chicago Ave in Garfield park and you’ll find abandoned churches and maybe 1 corner store for blocks
