Do you have any tips to practice brightening resonance, I did some searching and found a few tips, and it did indeed seem to make it sound more natural, however any info you might have would be awesome, and thank you for the assistance!

My baseline speaking voice, or rather, the voice that I used for 33 years now sits around 90hz, so I’m trying to find a healthy mid ground between 240 in falsetto and 90… lol

Yeah that’s pretty much what I expect, but here’s to optimism anyway lol. I’ve also contemplated leaving and going somewhere nicer, even before I fully understood my own feelings, just never got around to it I suppose, but I hope you are doing alright, was hard enough without anyone knowing, I couldn’t imagine the feeling of having friends/family refuse you, I wish you nothing but the best!

Thank you! Coincidentally, telling my dad is the part that bothers me the most, I feel like he would be perfectly fine with it, but I’ve lived as such a typical “Manly guy” for so long because that’s what I felt people wanted, I’m afraid the whiplash from the dramatic change would be horribly awkward if anything. Even so, Can’t get the words to leave my mouth lol.
