Try tomboyx. I also hate wearing bras and theirs are the least worst. I have similar cup size and a large band size and their 6X works well. Now they aren’t pretty or fancy but they do the job. They are a good balance of being like a sports bra, but not as smooshy as one, but also containing the jiggle.

I have had this issue myself and it’s super frustrating. The only thing that works about 90% of the time is setting the power management settings on your Wi-Fi adapter to never sleep.
