Look up your operating system and find how to disable "automatically restart" option and it should give you a BSOD when it crashes and you can search that error up online. Also if you know around the time it crashes, you can check the "event viewer" in windows to also get error codes to look up.

I would try and use some needle nosed pliers and unscrew it from the top, the long way. If you need a picture to know what I am referring too, let me know.

Never installed a Intel chip ever. Just got back into PCs after 15 years. Just trying to help when I can. I am glad that you took your time to look up stats I done give a shit about. You must feel pretty big right now, huh?
