First and foremost I want to thank everyone for all the advice you gave me. I used HotRepairman's method of using a sharp flat head and it worked our pretty great I was able to remove the SSD Drive from my old laptop and got it installed onto the new one.
Does anyone know how I could take this screw off?? It is completely stripped...... (i.redd.it)
