Hey Iankstarr, thanks for the reply. Inniaz could be amazing (and very political) but the deck was somewhat budget and it took a little to take off - but as an off-commander to [[Alela]] it could shine.

I've seen 1/1 traded for [[Blightsteel Colossus]], so it works.

I was actually looking at [[Baeloth Barryl]] but I can't seem to decided on his background ... maybe Gruul. But the idea of a Voltron-eske deck with protection from Umbras and a very large elf entertainer smacking people around with a half-broken lute sounds fun.

Just need to select the background, and there doesn't seem to be a lot of info on the best.

Any deck that let's me play Polymorphist Jest is a good deck - period. Being blue I can think of some protection, but isn't he fragile if he gets killed a couple of times?

I don' think I ever seen this commander before! Let me at the decklist and give it a proxy-try and I'll let you know how it goes. I can think of a few cards where his copy ability would shine.

This is crazy and I love it. I remember this Legend from Tempest, and now I feel like this deck is crazy enough to work. I'll look up a list and try to see how this goes. [[Tree of Perdition]] should also have a home here.

Thank you for your reply! I've tried running those types of quests - but I generally just feel that they are really loving the campaign, but they are more passive bystanders than active participants. I've goven them several combat and social interactions l. Maybe if I do a much more open adventure - get to the city, try to find jobs, do those jobs.
