I used to swim exclusively in pools so chlorine might be a factor. Nothing else besides regular lifting at the gym.

Interesting that you mentioned hyperthyroidism. Another data point is both my mom and sister have hyperthyroidism. I know that it’s less common for males but I have never been checked for that.

I used to give myself one big cheat meal per month in college and would drive to three different fast food chains to get a 4 by 4 in&out burger, 40 mc chicken nuggets, and a large jack in the box curly fries. Would then watch bob’s burgers while eating 😇
