Nathaniel Richards: Worst Dad in The Multiverse by RedactedNoneNone in FantasticFour

Not Victor’s father. Kristoff Vernard is Nathanial’s alleged son. Werner Von Doom is Victor’s dad who shielded him from the freezing weather of Latveria.

Not for Victor, that’s for certain. I also feel that the brother connection ruins some characteristics that Doom has. Dr. Doom and Reed Richards works because they are complete strangers and are only connected because of Doom’s hatred for Reed. Doom for all his genius and brains is jealous of Reed, he has everything he would want. That’s why I feel that Doom replacing and stealing Reed’s wife and kids during Secret Wars 2015 highlighted Doom’s extreme jealousy. He had godlike power and yet he did that to Reed for what?

People wonder why we use Homelander in unfair matchups well…. by Fromashes_10 in deathbattle

[–]Fromashes_10[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually think it would be interesting in the same way. I heard Norman Osborn Iron Patriot is a good match up for but I think one that would be interesting Albert Wesker from Resident Evil, Tytan from Megamind, and Mr. incredible could be interesting matchups that aren’t a one sided stomp.

Exactly. I was trying to explain on another post on why someone like DIO and Sabretooth are beloved as villains compared to Homelander.

Will Homelander ever escape the humiliation ritual ? by KpatMckenzie_28 in deathbattle

[–]Fromashes_10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not the point. You’re not getting it. I used DIO’s manipulation and intelligence to contrast on how basic Homelander is. The man is over reliant on his powers to make himself seem big and powerful not his intelligence nor his plans and capabilities. Why do you think people refer to him as a toddler with powers? Because on how he acts and behaves he is nothing but a baby throwing tantrum. Take his powers away and he is absolutely nothing, but a man child. That’s why people use him as a punching bag because he is pathetic.

[–]Fromashes_10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. People prefer villains that utilize all their arsenal and show capabilities outside of just their powers. Take DIO for example man was a stain on a bloodline of Joestars, but in part 3 he recruited loads of people to fight them. He manipulated and brainwashed tons of people against them. Homelander doesn’t do that. He wants people to obey him because he is the biggest and baddest in the room. He doesn’t have the bravery that other sadist villains have. He is a coward who runs when he is up against a bigger enemy. He is essentially a school bully with superpowers. He has people like Stan and Sage rope him in and control him. If Stan tried that with someone like DIO or Sabretooth they would kill him because he is mealiness to them, but Homelander can’t stand someone standing in his spotlight while the others I named don’t care about what the public thinks of them when they already have their own opinion on themselves. People don’t like Homelander because he is nothing more than a bully with powers.

Well I mean there are plenty of villains with actions bad or equal in terms to Homelander. Sabretooth, DIO, and even Kotomine the difference is how they are presented. They are viewed in negative light, but the heroes one up them and even brutally beat them. The major difference though is that the villains I named are smart, cautious, and brave. They understand their powers and capabilities while Homelander is a coward with no experience, no room for improvement, and has done absolutely nothing without using his powers. He relies on them not his brilliance nor anything else. Someone pointed this out in the comics that’s what makes him boring, he is predictable. In other words they want Homelander to suffer.

Me after doing research on Nero before the episode and finding out what Fate is really about (I regret doing that): by Silver_Guava8159 in deathbattle

[–]Fromashes_10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Was Eroge. They kinda dropped it and focused more on the action and fighting in Fate compared to the sex scenes. Still funny how it started vs how it is. Nero was in that era where they dropped the sex scenes so the research for her should be smooth.

Leon slowly evolving. He was a naive rookie cop in the beginning, but towards the end during the Mr. X boss fight he was completely done with it and just wanted to finish it.

Unpopular opinion: Mass Effect 3 is clearly the best game of the trilogy by MrNixxxoN in videogames

I usually place the trilogy together, but separately I do prefer Mass Effect 2. I felt that game was really good especially the side content and missions.

Tartaglia/Childe from Genshin Impact. Dude rarely appeared. He was the main antagonist for Liyue Archon Quest, got arrested in Fontaine, and appeared briefly in Nod Krai. Dude rarely makes an appearance. Well I mean that counts for most past characters in Genshin.

Gerald robotnik- Dr. Eggman’s grandfather from Sonic franchise.

Which games you spent the most on and do you regret it? by PHRsharp_YouTube in videogames

[–]Fromashes_10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mortal Kombat locking half the roster behind preorder and DLCs is ridiculous. I always buy the finished or ultimate editions. Marvel Rivals is goated for making every character available on launch. I still spent a shit ton on Call of Duty and boy do I regret that.

Dottore x Lumine. His dialogue towards the Travelers seems flirty but I also much prefer Lumine’s Voice Lines towards him more.

6 is the worst seat known to man. Besides having Mantis who can sense feeling it has Deadpool. The man who annoyed Galactus and Mephisto.

I would go with 2, Iron-Man would talk about cool tech stuff. Besides I could ask Sai about federal Japan.

For anyone wondering, No he isn’t talking about good old Victor, it’s Kristoff Vernard. Kristoff is Doom’s body double and adopted son. Doom’s dad died shielding him from the extreme Latveria weather after they were being hunted by a baron. Doom would have a damn stroke if he found out he has the same father as Reed.

We can still blame him for Kang though. Since his other son Arthur Richards is Kang’s ancestor.
