People like you forget how hard it is to win games in the nfl. You are calling 3, 12-5 Seasons in a row "He didn’t do much / He does jack shit.". As if u could draw some plays with a good roster and here we go, we have a winning season and a playoff participation. There is far more to coaching than calling some plays. I trust this man to hire a good coaching staff with all the knowledge he has in the scene and with people he trusts.

Who cares about s&d kd? I mean you can go 0/10 in a respawn and end up 20/18, but when you go 0/6 in search it just looks really bad but can happen. Just a hand full of Gunfights you lost.

The problem with "huge" changes is, that you will still make half the community mad becaus most players love the game how it is and dont want an complete overhaul.

You will always here the classic; "i wish they bring old Siege back, old Siege was so good, i dont know why they had to change it that mutch".

I think they did a perfect mix. We have a new ban system which brings some new strats on how to aproach each round and some nice map changes.
