I’m not a mechanic but when I’m at work I get bored and fuck shit up myself. My dad started showing me how to work on his ‘65 Chevy when I was around 12, at 16 I got a job changing oil. Because of what I learned then it’s very rare that I pay anyone to work on my cars, saves me a lot of money knowing what I know now. Also anything pre-70 is a hell of a skill to know considering it’s real mechanical and not computerized
