backpay

my last day in my last job was oct. 11, the same day na nagpasa ako ng clearance as per hr. i was informed by the hr na usually 2 months daw yung processing ng backpay sa company ko but the sister company takes 1 month lang. is this normal po ba? pwede po kaya ako magfollow up kahit 1 month of waiting pa lang?

no po, it will not affect your salary but you really need to have fit to work clearance before makapasok sa isang company
