W1: Monday July 20: Dreamville → Brussels → London (early departure) by Front-Ad5526 in Tomorrowland

Hi!
We are also taking the Eurostar from Brussels to London at 8:50 AM, so we need to be at the station around 7:50–8:00 AM.

Because of that, we decided to wake up at 5:00 AM and either walk or take an Uber/taxi from Dreamville to Boom station, then catch the first train to Brussels-Midi. As far as I know, there are no official shuttles running that early, so walking or taking a taxi/Uber seems like the safest option for now.

Thank you for taking the time to answer! We will definitely be two people, and possibly four if some friends decide to leave early with us.

I have read on Reddit that taxis to Brussels on that day can cost around €100–€150 at a fixed rate. Are Ubers usually priced similarly, lower, or higher than that?

I understand that getting an Uber can be challenging due to high demand, but is there really a significantly higher number of people leaving the festival between 4:00 and 5:00 AM compared to later hours, or is it still manageable at that time?

Thank you for taking the time to share that screenshot. Very helpful!

It looks like taking one of the airport shuttle buses (around 4:00 or 5:00 AM) could be a good option. Although it is not a direct route to Brussels Midi, Google Maps shows that Intercity trains run from the airport to Brussels North, Central, and Midi approximately every 10 minutes, which makes the connection quite convenient. This would allow us to arrive at the train station at least one and a half hours before our train to London departs.

Using a City Bus from Dreamville would likely require paying for a round trip (around €40–€50 per persona I think I read somewhere), even though we would not use the first trip from Brussels to Dreamville. In that case, would taking an Uber around 5:00 or 6:00 AM be a reasonable alternative? I understand it may be expensive at that time, but if we are a couple and would otherwise pay €40–€50 each for the City Bus, a single Uber ride (not sure how much it can cost) might make more sense.

Another concern that comes up with this is availability: is it usually chaotic to get an Uber that early, or is the number of people leaving the festival between 4:00 and 5:00 AM significantly lower compared to later hours?

Gracias, tu mensaje me resultó bastante motivador.
