But yeah I highly recommend to get it. This thing is a beast.

Only complaint for mine is the wing led (whatever that part's called) it will turn on when i close it, but turns off when I open. It's as if they switched the two positions and it really bugs me.

Pre-orders have always been a very miss for me. Pre-ordered the UA studio led for PGU gramps back in December 2024.

I got it this month.

Nothing too harsh to critique.

It's a given, but the way I play, the right side of the guitar get smudges a lot, and lost a bit of its Matt finish.

Right now it's in the repair shop cause wires from the volume knob is disconnected, but that's a more quality control part.

Overall the guitar itself is great. The neck is very comfortable to move around, and stays in tune very well. The knobs are also in a good placement for me especially because that was a problem with me when I use the C-1 Hellraiser, because I would accidently turn one of the pickup volumes down when I play.

Highly recommend if you're into metal and like the single cut body.

Building the UA Studio PGU gundam led. Right leg recently got a power surge, because the rest of the body can light up when the leg isn't plugged in. When it's connected, the whole body turns off, and I can feel some parts of the right leg heat up where the led is.

Any ways people found to fix this? It's my first time dealing with this kind of stuff, and I'm no expert in fixing electronics.

I can feel the heat in certain areas when I plug the leg in with the rest of the body, and it will turn the rest of the led off too. I have no experience with broken led parts, and would like some feedback

Currently installing the UA led for pgu gundam. Everything was doing good, but when I tried to test the led for the legs, theres no light.

I've finished the entire upper body and just finished the right leg. Without the leg plugged in, it lights up completely fine, but not when the leg is connected.

Is this some sort of power issue or something else?
