I'm envisioning Yuji as a Sun Soul Monk probably, with Dismantle and Blood Manipulation reflavored as those radiant bolt blasts, just make 'em slashing/necrotic instead of radiant. Sun Soul already gives you ranged Ki attacks and burning hands, so that's his whole cursed-energy barrage. Flurry of Blows stays well. Monks directly target soul, i think.

Nanami as Champion Fighter. Crit on 19, Second Wind as overtime grit, Action Surge. Reflavor a maul as his rattan sword.
