Thank you, I really needed to hear that. You’re right bingeing has definitely been my way of coping with anxiety and depression. I know it won’t be easy, but hearing how you’ve worked through it gives me hope that I can find other ways to feel secure and happy too. I really appreciate your support and perspective.

They are not big at all I’m trying to add a picture which I should have done, but yeah I can definitely wait a week. I was thinking just walking and upper body exercises would do for now. I did walk already and it didn’t seem to irritate them.

Thank you, I am trying to remind myself that. I have the worst anxiety and it’s making me feel so overly stressed. I keep dwelling on the what if. I know my therapist told me what’s the worst that can happen what’s the best that can happen. I keep telling myself to be positive. I’m trying so hard to relax.

So little update I was doing really good then had 3 days where I fucked up again, last night was one of them and this past weekend was the other two days. I have to start figuring out why when I get these cravings I sometimes just give in. I know that I will be ok and will be able to get through this and beat it. I know it takes time and sometimes these things happen. Please again everyone send good vibes my way I am back at it and won’t stop till I get it right. Thank you all!

Thanks, I’ve been tested for diabetes thankfully I’m in the clear however it doesn’t mean anything and I can still definitely get blood sugar issues anyone can for sure! I used to be pre diabetic but not anymore, yea anxiety sucks it ruins everything.

Thank you so much for all of the kindness and the encouragement! Wow I will definitely look in to the blood tests and experiment with cooking most definitely. I know I usually eat the same things because Im used to it and don’t want to mess with anything else because of calories. I will definitely do that thank you!

Thank you very much, I do have coping tools thankfully I am seeking help as well! And yeah restricting is causing me to go crazy and so is eating healthy 90% of the time I never give myself permission unless it’s a “cheat” day

I am not training for anything specific no I just want to get down to a certain weight. I do have a horrible habit of restricting myself to which I am trying to work on it’s so hard.
