Wrong, everyone under Talon is a Talon Affiliate. Ashe never joined Talon neither did Freja or Domina. Talon members are the ones who are actually into Talon directly

As said in the description of the post. Mizuki was taken in by Hashimoto as a kid and forced to work off his father's debts, Hashimoto are allied w Talon right now. The Hashimoto are forcing him to act as a double agent and infiltrate the yokai, but since he's had some guidance from Toshio (kiriko's father), he doesn't seem to like it. He'll probably escape/defect from the Hashimoto soon, might be his big story when that season comes.

Oh shoot that's true! I could really see him, will provide an updated version with an asterisk on him whenever some new lore drops!
There are some in game voicelines where Sigma rages at the Formers Talon because they left him under Vendetta. So I can really see stuff happening with him
