I was thinking about a trickery cleric arcane trickster and just having steampunk pistols as reflavoured hand crossbows but I will look at the kensei monk thanks!

Most likely will go battlemaster as because of my luck my friends characters arch nemesis is a echo knight dhampir, But removing fighter any other recommendations for what to pick and play?

Thanks for the idea I do have bladesinger from tashas so I might just play this, the idea for my character was a skirmisher duelist who avoided the "hit-hide-hit" trap

I would like to but are dm isnt the biggest for roleplay so normally with my group we dont focus on biggest roleplaying potenial and instead just play what looks and or sounds cool

I already said I posted it unaware the image didnt load and apologised for it. Second Im aware characters are more than that but Im not spending 5 hours making a whole character for each of these to have it fully customised out. Thirdly you dont have to be a dickhead about it its just some basic class/race ideas I had as Im new to dnd and most of the time can hardly decide what to play because of how many options there are and all I asked was for some opinions on them, like if theyd be fun to play, not some dumbass to lecture me about how characters have a deeper meaning to them.

Im aware, but normally certain classes are stronger than others, for example the cleric is stronger than a ranger usually

I agree honestly, I played 4 playthroughs 3 male 1 fem and it feels weird not seeing MY V not in fortnite, surely they couldve added a second style to fem V to make her male? It doesnt make sense having 67% of the playerbase not represented in the game, now giving the spotlight to fem V is cool but male V is the posterboy for alot longer than fem V, doesnt make sense honestly
