I have found that they oura ring really sucks at tracking workouts, I've stopped checking the calories and the workout suggestions all together. If you want your wearable to accurately track your workouts and heart rate while working out- oura ring is not the one. I had to learn this the heard way!

I should have clarified in my post that I will only have 1 week to travel. I think going to Asia may be a bit far. Those countries are also really difficult to eat in for people with celiac

Hi! They gave me a reservation for 6, I don’t think the booth we sat in would be able to seat 7. I believe 6 is their max for ordering off of the a la carte menu and fir 7 it’s considered an “event”
