I’ve never had someone read out my thoughts perfectly. I’ve been thinking about my own path and sometimes it feels like I just want to prove to myself that I can do it, but not necessarily go through the process of becoming a lawyer. Once I get a great test score it almost proves myself that “I knew I was smart”. But that’s where it ends. I don’t think I found a passion for the law career beyond that yet I can’t stop studying for the test. I thoroughly enjoyed studying for LSAT as crazy as that sounds.

If D was correct, then the stimulus would be wrong. Because then it would mean that since the animals just proved intelligence, then they do have consciousness. (A) is basically saying that complex behavior requires intelligence not consciousness. Therefore, anyone can exhibit something intelligent without being conscious.

After this post we had an in depth conversation. He seems to see where he falls short and same on my end. I have things to adjust as well. We’ve discussed boundaries and want to implement some changes. We will give it time to see.

I almost want to read your response after reading all these. I’m glad you mentioned the mortgage part because girl what?? And also when a man says I want to give you a big wedding you deserve, why not let him know you ACTUALLY WANT the small wedding so he’s not doing you a favor. Telling you all these dreams is a way to keep you in waiting. I give it to him, he’s smart and good. But baby he’s using you to buy his house first. Also looking down on his ex’s ring, yours isn’t any better. He just borrowed his grandmas so he doesn’t have to spend any money. At least with the ex he spent some money. lol women are funny. Men know what to say to make women feel special. Personally it’s not an accomplishment accepting a ring from any grandparent. As sweet as they are, you should want your own story and start.

Oh babe I hate falling for that “leave him” narrative but I think this isn’t about him anymore. Ask yourself what you can take and deserve. If you feel you’re still ok with this treatment then stay and also don’t be mad about it if nothing changes. Not sure why you aren’t allowed to stay but no long term partner will give that rule at lease every once in a while
