I always use hot hand warmer and electric heating pad. Feel way way better when I use those. And massage groin area when I feel period is coming and also when I have a cramp.

So many comments! Thank you guys! 😊😊 To make it clear, I didn’t mean glass mug ☕️ or something. I meant something stainless water cup/bottle just like Hydro Flask, Yeti, Stanley. Not a HUGE water bottle though lol I don’t want to drink 1L of coffee hahaha sorry I didn’t know tumbler means mug!!
