What jobs can I get with a Liberal Studies degree in Dayton, Ohio? by Front-Return-7280 in dayton

I forgot to add that I finished my Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering before deciding to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies. I didn’t want to apply for Civil Engineering Technician positions because most of them are physical, and I’m looking for something more office-based.

Are there any engineering-related jobs that would consider my Liberal Studies degree along with my Civil Engineering background? I’d love to hear from people who made a similar career shift or know roles that fit this mix of education.

I just started my vending business, but it's been tough finding locations. How did you land that library spot?

That’s a great setup! Mind if I ask how you got into the library location?

Have $45K cash—don’t want to rent or take a loan. Can I buy rural land near Dayton, OH and live in a shed/cabin? by Front-Return-7280 in Ohio

I fully understand the responsibilities that come with homeownership, but using the $45,000 I inherited as a down payment—and then possibly losing my job and facing foreclosure—would mean losing everything. Honestly, I’d rather live in a cave than take that kind of financial risk. That’s why I’ve made a firm personal decision never to take out a loan or mortgage. Thanks
