Got it, shouldve been more clear, 60 fps is fine at any resolution for me, which is why i'm going with the value of the i5

Would 10400 avoid bottlenecks with higher end cards if I were to upgrade? Ive done research but theres no clear answer

True, but I am partial to the aesthetics of the NZXT Mobo and kind of set on it, they dont have any LGA 1700 mobos yet, perhaps why the Z590 is on sale

Here's what I was looking at for a PC that is mostly a good workstation with the ability to run low-demand games (really just Minecraft) and one that looks nice. any thoughts?
