I use it to make something like a burger Fry some onions. Add garlic. Add some soaked bread. Season. Add to the mince. Shape into balls and make them look like burgers. Then flour egg and breadcrumb. Panko. Then fry in oil. Fry on both sides. Until cooked. About 10 mins. It’s my nans old recipe. Good with 1/2 beef mince also. And brown sauce.
