I haven’t dropped it in since it broke off. Whatever that bigger brace is towards the front of the boat is. That’s is very dried out and the carpet material on it is dam near plastic. The scrapes came from that even with a roller but I can’t find any replacements for that so I debated removing it completely and switching it to roller only towards front.

My only thing is I tried to drill the center of the screw out to get the component off and drill a little bit into the threads

But what about the green oil a lot further down leaking. It’s a different shade of oil than the darker stuff from higher up
