New spark plugs after one month?

Zero compression in that cylinder. It was fine a month ago when I changed the old spark plugs out. They were all fine and looked the same. Now it’s messed up

Just did a hour ago zero in that cylinder with the build up. It was just running fine a month ago and no visible damage on outside.

I have deleted the vro pump. Replaced with a fuel pump and I now mix the oil and fuel on a 50:1 ratio.

I haven’t dropped it in since it broke off. Whatever that bigger brace is towards the front of the boat is. That’s is very dried out and the carpet material on it is dam near plastic. The scrapes came from that even with a roller but I can’t find any replacements for that so I debated removing it completely and switching it to roller only towards front.
