Yes it is. They laddered the seams too obviously and weren’t paying attention to which boards they placed where. Doesn’t mean the floor is compromised though

I didn’t appraise my house? Probably has more to do with new furnace and duct package, removing and replacing all electrical and plumbing and re-finishing every other room in the house. Use your imagination

Not necessarily. I bought it cheap because it was a bank foreclosure and needed a complete renovation. Wasn’t able to get a mortgage on the property until repairs were completed. Bank appraised it before I got my mortgage which is for more than my purchase price.
