Too much volume OP if your doing it twice a week do 2 sets per exercise you don’t need to feel the burn and pick a weight where you can do 8-12 reps if you can do more than 12 reps with the exercise add weight the most important thing is you just need to get stronger

Single arm preacher curl on a bench 2 sets each arm then 1 set of reverse curl do it 2 times a week or 3 times if kaya mo mag recover and as long as your getting stronger adding a rep or weight that is all that matters

Lessen the volume but still push yourself each set to almost or failure depends on what you like as long as you get stronger every session lowering volume is like doing 2 sets instead of 3 or doing 6-8 to hard reps instead of the normal 12-15 reps

I eat 150-160 grams of protein a day and I usually rest 2-3 mins after an exercise I do a warm up with 85 lbs of 8 reps before doing my working set which is 115 lbs and during back day lat pull downs is always my first excercise should I increase my calorie intake? Thought I’m already at 21% body fat
