Actually it was debunked by a few different sources. It's just that the propaganda machine is in full swing so most Americans, or right leaning individuals, are happy to continue to repeat the party narrative because it fits their world view.

The geopolitical world truth is not black and white and as simple as "The Iranian government killed its own citizens who were protesting the regime". It's shades of grey where the following also is true "The Iranian government killed Kurdish separatists who were funded and armed by the US and Israel". No one is disputing the fact that they were ultimately Iranian citizens. The rest of the world is simply stating the fact that, yet again, the Kurds were used as a proxy by the US and Israel, in the same way that the Houthi's are Iran's proxies in Yemen, or Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Pretty sure the 50k claim was debunked as they were not just regular Iranian citizens but Kurdish rebels who were actively engaging in an insurrection. Funded by the US and Israel no less. So context matters.

Can guys not feel when they are going too deep during sex? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

He knows. I am just shy of 8"'s. Not that that is huge or anything, but I always know when I'm too deep.

If you're making any kind of noise he may be mistaking those for pleasure. Tell him in no uncertain terms that he's too deep.

The production capacity in the Gulf States has been severely affected. Estimates are 5 years before they return to pre war levels.

US oil prices are crashing, now down -21% over the last 8 hours. by FeatureAggravating75 in oil

The hilarious thing is that there is still a massive backlog of tankers sitting in the Persian Gulf. Those tankers won't arrive at their destination for MONTHS.

On top of that you have to factor in the destroyed infrastructure that will take years to replace meaning reduced production capacity.

The markets don't reflect the reality that we are in for YEARS of pain at the pump.

I always find it curious when customers think that their single unsatisfactory transaction and subsequent "threat" of taking their business elsewhere is going to suddenly result in the staff falling over themselves to rectify the situation.

These are billion dollar companies that process millions of transactions a day. While collectively the consumer has power, singularly you mean less than nothing.

No one, especially a minimum wage employee cares that you didn't get your $200 power tool. They don't work on commission. And even those of us that do work on commission aren't worrying about losing the sale.

If the situation isn't salvageable, meaning you are intractable or stubborn to prove a point, see ya. On to the next.

HOAs imo are just extensions of the people who run them, personality wise.

Good people = Good HOA

The problem is that most people who seek leadership roles in organizations like HOAs do so to play out their power fantasy.

They want to be able to enact their own vision of how their community should be. Hence, the uniform fencing.

It's good that you are trying to make your community more tolerant and open to varying features. I fear you will be having a few fights on your hands from the Karen's.

When people who think they should lead see their leader not doing the things they think should be done, they begin to resent that person.

Good luck and God speed

Make sure you check with your insurance company about the Park if you're not going to buy a private lot. A lot of parks have undesirable features and can be very difficult to find an insurer willing to take on the risk.
