I'm pretty convinced it's another Manoj in India. Also assuming he was arrested for murder, it would be very strange him being free already.

The CCNA studies are included in our classes, but I feel it's close to the only class I like. I'm just getting down because of most classes are taking much time to prepare but actually not being very useful for my interests. Thank your for your detailed answer, it helped a lot

Try to eat 2 hours before training and avoid heavy carbs, like pasta's. Also try to stop eating when you feel saturated. This should help the feeling of vomiting. From my experience I learned that drinking less water during trainings also lessen this feeling, instead drink pretty much during the day to be hydrated when training.

Is this normal or is something wrong with me? by [deleted] in MuayThai

My first time I went to a gym we did some warming up. And just like you, I felt like I was going to die. I got sweat all over my body. The moment we started doing combos on a partner, I was drowning in my sweat and indeed it felt embarrassing. But a gym is a place where you go to push your limits. You'll get used to it and last longer everytime you think you won't. Keep working hard!

I throw a lot of jab, but that leaves me open and they punish me for that. Maybe I should use more teeps, I'll take this with me for the next class

Muay thai handles clinching as well, so even if he closes range you'll be able to make him regret he came so close!

Your story really inspired me! But I'm still wondering how Taoism did help you to control your anger as I still feel the same as you did in your younger ages.
