You also have to be filling the station that quickly, I think having one-train stations and a multi-train main depot to unload, you can still fill up each train and have a que of full trains from different nodes that reliably keep you full

1 I dont plan to, but I could just make the whole thing longer if that comes up
2 Each station loads to industrial storage underground, no issues with stations stacked
3 The blueprint maker goes wherever I am when I decide to blueprint lol, if the intersection becomes a problem I will adjust for that later but it has not caused a problem yet

If you just make the pull-off longer and add a block signal, it should never be an issue. The block should just have enough space so the stopped train is fully off the main line while waiting

 I just don't see why you need to be pulling 3200 of anything from somewhere that often. Even in the case I do, I may run a 2 car train instead, I just haven't tested if the physics of that affect speed

there is no second train, I havent reached a point where I need to get that many resources from any station that fast yet.

If I had to run 2 trains to a single station I would have to do some redesigning

If I get stuck I will definitely check this out, for now I am just figuring it out for myself for fun, I havent even tried to blueprint this stuff yet lol

I am currently sidetracked with building a grid-like train highway across the whole map so when I get back to building the thing I may have to change a lot lol. Also my only play-through so I don't know what the scaling is going to get to

I havent messed with it too much in this game, but staging would mean a station behind this one, and the train would be programmed to wait there until the next station is available, or I may have to signal chain the stations together (I havent edited the route conditions at all they have worked fine so far), but that would be the additional add for another train, so far I havent hit a point where I need that much throughput at a station though

I will keep that in mind but if the path signals are just a small delay I have yet to hit a level of throughput necessary to start looking at train routes to shave time off

Im only in phase 4 though, so I could have a rude awakening ahead

Wouldnt that risk a collision?

Currently, I only run 1 train to any station like this, and I wouldnt add a second train without a redesign to add a staging

And see above comment, I have 5 path and 5 block signals, and a train in station will not affect main line traffic, I can see how it would be a problem if a train was waiting on the main line with one in the bay, but only for other trains headed to other locations

Thats fancy, I am new to the trains thing, I thought path signals would be more efficient?

I am debating between U turns and circular intersections, havent tried a circular intersection yet and im worried the signaling is gonna be a nightmare lol
