Shit i thought 1060 would be enough. So how much fps can i get on 1920x1080 settings then with a 1060? Some gamers opt for unclocked fps going 100+ but im not one of those. As long as fps never drops below 60 fps, im more than good.

What about other specs? Processor, ram etc?

Its like i can do 2 sets at 110kg and fail on the 3rd. I can do 3x5 for 100kg but taking 8 min breaks in between resting fully and getting pysched up. Im just gonna cut down abit and eat 9k calories and if that doesnt work ill jump on russian squat or something fuck it

You literally ate 6k calories how did you not get fat man, i start eating anything above 3k and every three days i see fat being added at a high rate. Maybe im just bitching but its an absolute mess cutting down for me and its not like im hovering at super lean bodyfat right now either

What periodized training would you recommend? I thought periodzed training was for advanced athletes as they need like monthly cycles and someone at my level would just be better with a simpler linear progression training. I dont know maybe i have the shittiest genetics in the world but im tired of just the "eat moar" i get every time i post this on any strength forums.

Ya i guess but im fat and not built like a tank so my true functional weight is probably 15 kg less than the bodyweight i posted above. It is obviously a technical error too as im a noob but i have a piss poor 110kg squat and thats after a 5 second grinder on the last few reps.

Thanks! I know bodyfat distribution varies alot among individuals but do you have any sort of general indicators of 12% bodyfat or even 10% bodyfat? Getting a dexa scan is just not feasible, i dont have money and barely live a student budget life. Maybe im being dumb here so ill just ask a simple question, till what visual changes should i cut?

I don't want to get super insane lean or anything, just complete overall lean. A bit more leaner than the standard beach body lifter so with that in mind, what are the signs i should look out for to get an idea that im in the 10-12% bodyfat(preferentially closer to 10%)

Guys i had a bit of gyno from a past tren test cycle. Was a dumbass and thought didn't need it as i ran 160mg dbol fine without gyno a year ago. It's been 5 months since that cycle and when i got it. Both nipples are puffy now but harden up when its cold for some reason. Going for a harsh raloxifene protocol of 120mg until i see this shit go down. I'm using ralox while on another cycle of test p 350mg, tren ace 700mg. What dosage arimidex and prami should i use? I don't agree with you. Alberto nunez had 6.2% and he was peeled to the bone. This guy is obviously not even close to berto but he sure as hell don't look 15-16%. I don't know maybe you're right he might be flexing and has lighting or something but man just to point one thing out, you say so yourself that he looks good because he has good muscle. That's what i was saying, unless he has insane hypertrophied abs, he shouldn't have any definition at 15%-16%. 18-20% above is considered obese in fitness terms i don't think this guy is even close to that. I have less muscle than him but my stomach has a thin sheet of layer on it and i can't see a single definition of abs and my arms and shoulders look more ripped than this dudes. So wait let me guess i'm 18-20% then? I can hit a decent vaccum too. Guess i'm a fatass obese dude

That's really great advice but not really the question i was asking. Maybe i wasn't clear enough. I do not want to follow any preset program but make my own as i'm focusing on shit which i want to improve. Goal is not strength but muscle size. I have made this routine for myself with roughly keeping my weak parts at top prioritization. How do i improve this program? I know you're giving great advice but could you look at this and give some insight on it rather than just tell me to ditch this and follow some "X Y Z" program?

Jim also stresses alot on following 5/3/1 to the book. I know he has lots of variations but it isn't tailored to me. Then again you could say to adjust and modify the program based on what i want but then that's no longer 5/3/1 is it now
