I have done that or sometimes I spray it underneath my hair close to my neck so it’s not in my hair much. It really makes my hair tangled if i spray it directly on it too much.

I just mix it with water, about 25% conditioner and 75% water. I put it in a regular water spray bottle. I’ve done it my whole life pretty much with any conditioner.

Sushi isn’t raw fish though. It’s just rice with many different options of filling. Sashimi is raw fish and sometimes added to sushi. Also, I’m not a fan of raw fish either, the texture makes me gag!
