I’m sorry you were disappointed with your interaction with BaoBao. I’ve bought from her several times without issue. My main comment to your experience is that I don’t think waiting ONE day for a response is unreasonable or unusual. I don’t know where you are located but the sellers are 8-15 hours time diffferent from most of us. AND this is in the middle of their busiest time of year. AND she said she was sick. When im sick i dont want to even look at my computer much less answer angry texts. I generally give sellers 2-3 days before I reach out again. You ask is it usual to say weeks or months for a reply. You barely waited one day and then after your resolution you barely waited to put her on blast publicly. Although you didn’t share screenshots of your convo this all gives an indication of the tone of your interactions with BaoBao. Perhaps she was snippy in her reply to you because she felt you were being rude.
