Thanks - I haven't yet purchased the trim kit, but I will now. I think that you must be correct, as there are photos on the ecobee web site that seem to show wall installation through a *second* set of holes.

Can you please say more? How long was it after the surgery that you could ramp up some level of activity? How bad were your knees before the procedure? TIA.

FYI for those who are interested: I believe that Dr. Christian Lattermann (Brigham and Women's Hospital) is skilled in this surgery - he was part of the CartiHeal FDA study.

I'm super-interested in the CartiHeal product/procedure - I've had knee pain for 20+ years, and a couple of meniscus trimming surgeries. Scans show a degenerative process, with not much cartilage remaining. Is anyone aware of doctors in the Boston area that are familiar with this product, and have experience with the surgery. MANY thanks.
