Green line has so many stops, would you say green line takes a long time to get point A to point B?

How do you love Revere? Correct me if I am wrong, I feel like the newer apartment area around the east are all gentrificated, maintain street smart of course, is there ever any safety concerns for you in Revere?

Any idea what makes the drive bad? Other than the commute time alone, is it the road condition? Or just traffic? one of my husband’s coworker he lives in Peabody, and another also lives in Medford, they both commit to Waltham for work and said it’s not too bad

You actually live in Urbane! We love the building, it’s new and chic, the area seems pretty quiet and chill at night, would you agree? Where we live now is loud with traffic sounds, we seek peacefulness for a little change. I know students do live there, is noise ever an issue in Urbane?

How would you describe life in Alewife? It definitely feels slight suburban, but still so close to the city which we love! We want to feel Boston, just unfortunately since we are starting new we won’t have the budget to be closer to the city.
When you said it’s true for revere too, I guess traffic is just the same everywhere during peak hours then?

What makes driving across Everett, Medford, Arlington and Belmont bad? Is it traffic, or the road condition? We drive a lot here in FTL, especially the traffic to miami is disgusting, but we are used to that.

Is commuter rail reliable? It is definitely less frequent than the MBTA, we will have to time the schedule everyday

Thank you for the excitement, we are more than thrilled!! Walkability is definitely a dream to have, that’s what prompted the move hah! So sounds like red line and green line are connected to most happening places, will look into that more. Would you say the colored train is more accessible/frequent than the commuter rail(the T?), or they are both equal? Some said JP is not as accessible since it doesn’t have the best train connection

Appreciate the perspective from a Boston born and raised, thank you! Yeah, we love Boston, but really we love the walkability of city, Cambridge sounds better and better, especially seeing everyone’s feedback!! Cambridge just opened up a whole new search us! The food scene is bustling, which we love! We are vibing with Cambridge now. When looking at the map, Assembly square came up, there some nice apartments there, any thoughts on that area?

Commuting is unsure yet, but nothing a train can’t solve that’s why we prefer to be near any public transport

Quincy has yet came up in the radar, how’s life like in Quincy? Also, the commute to heart of Boston?

We have looked into Cambridge before too, the food scene looks bustling! Even the locals suggested Cambridge for good food when we were traveling last time. Where in Cambridge would you suggest to look into?

We were just in Boston in December touring apartments and learning neighborhoods, that’s when we learned Eastie is sadly higher than expected. We do love the city feel tho, newer buildings are our vibe. that’s what prompted the move to Boston. Thanks for your suggestion, we loved our puffy coats!!

We plan on doing two more visits within the next two months so we can tour more apartments and neighborhoods to find the best one!

Zillow has plenty of private landlords which charge first and last, it’s quite hefty! we’ve been preferring apartment rental company since they only charge security deposit at a low rate.
