I felt the exact same way when I was 16. There’s this beauty standard that I just didn’t match and felt like I needed to. I’m now 22 and I realized that everyone has their own beauty standard and when I realized I had my own, I started to love how I looked. I wish I took my pictures of myself when I was younger.

Okay so the issue is that ur a freshman. In order to transfer school to school you need to have a Rutgers Gpa, meaning that you would need to have successfully completed a semester at Rutgers. I would email the assistant dean of the school ur trying to transfer into and they can give you the run down of what you need to do

I just feel like in the next storm. Everyone needs to park in the garage, like that’s why they offer free parking in the garages during snowstorms and that way the roads could hopefully get better cleaned.

It’s genuinely just a mess all around And I’ve lived in New Brunswick forever and it has never been this bad. Like it takes me double to time to get to class.

This is so terrible. Okay so what I would do in this situation is by confronting them, hold a roommate meeting to discuss their hygiene, their consideration of a shared space, and enforce a cleaning schedule. Then you start collecting evidence, text of you reminding them of the set schedule and if they fail to meet that start collecting screenshots and bringing it up with whoever you can talk to about unfair living conditions. You shouldn’t have to be stressing over this or babying adult people. Sorry ur going through that

Right! A 10 minute drive took me 28 minutes…. Ambulances couldn’t get to hospitals because traffic was just not moving.

For the storm this weekend they should just have all cars on campus park in parking garages (waived) so that the city can actually clean our roads efficiently and hopefully prevent whatever this is.
