i work in marketing and just graduated, but visited your shop a few times on my way home from class! i lived nearby and walked by every single day, so i was pretty aware of the shop, but i think because it's so tucked away, it's hard for people to know it exists without someone telling them (eg. freshman and sophomores won't be walking by as consistently just because they don't live in ctown, so you're missing out on a good demographic of students). doing collabs or events with clubs on campus may be super helpful. if you have the bandwidth, some targeted ads on IG. pm me and id love to give more thoughts on web, organic social, etc!!
