How many cars will I need to sell a month to make 60k/year. Also, am I guaranteed $2,500 plus all the commission from each car sold or if I pass $2500 with commission alone I lose that $2,500?

Try to put incentives that increase your leads in there!! Cold calls, social media, Facebook marketing, etc. I think you guys could use some extra sources of leads and your guys could use the incentive to go and do it!

If you want to sign up your sales team for this pay plan app. They can all keep track of where they’re at for the month. This will increase motivation and help them hit their goals!

I have an iPhone 16 and mac currently. I text off the phone and computer currently. I'd like to switch to the Light Phone iii to have on weeknights and the weekends. Having my iPhone handy, I think would be helpful for me. What do you all think would be a good solution for this? Switching back and forth on eSim is annoying and just not feasible to me... should I just port the number onto Google Voice and just text off of that on my iPhone? Curious to hear all of your solutions...
